How do I upgrade to a new maintenance release of Dolet 5 for Sibelius? Where do I find the download?
Your order receipt should have an order status link to follow where you can re-download the latest version of the plug-in. You will be prompted for the credit card number that you used for your order. This is to verify that you are the same person who placed the order; your card will not be charged again.
Be sure that you don't get to the order page where you have to supply your name, address, and e-mail. This would indeed create a new order and charge your card.

How can I export my score when I get an error message saying "Cannot get field Index"?
There is a bug in Sibelius 5.1 where all plug-ins, not just Dolet for Sibelius, will fail when trying to access some types of user-defined system symbols. In Dolet 5 for Sibelius, this results in Sibelius displaying the error message "MusicXML/Dolet5::WriteSystemSybolItem:21- Cannot get field Index".
Upgrading to Sibelius 5.2 will fix this problem.
How can I get transpositions to transfer over?
In order to transfer transpositions, be sure that you have Sibelius set to display a transposed score before doing the MusicXML export, rather than a concert score. Transposition export is only supported in Sibelius 6.
How can I get magnetic layout positions to transfer over?
In order to transfer Sibelius 6's magnetic layout positions, be sure to freeze the magnetic layout positions before doing the MusicXML export. Otherwise the score will export with the positions that objects would have if magnetic layout were turned off. To freeze the positions, first select everything in the score using Ctrl-A on Windows or Command-A on Mac. Then go to the Layout menu and click on the Freeze Magnetic Layout Positions item.
